What if something breaks?
We hope this never happens. We take every safety precaution while servicing your home or commercial space and provide $20M public liability insurance to ensure your assets are protected in the case of an accident.
Do you clean if people smoke indoors?
Absolutely not. We have a strict policy on providing an awesome experience for you, but also maintaining the safest working environment for our staff.
Full refund applies for cancellations 48 hours or more in advance. A booking credit is delivered to your account for use if you decide to cancel within 48 hours. If you cancel within 24 hours, there is a non refundable full charge.
Do you work on weekends?
No, we do not clean homes on weekends.
Is there a rescheduling fee?
Not if you reschedule 48 hours before your service. Please refer to cancellations & refunds FAQ.
How do I update my booking & Billing?
You can update both your booking and billing information on your account page.
Will I still be charged if I want to skip a clean?
Not unless it is within the 48 hour window.
If you cancel within 48 hours you will be credited a clean for future use.
Will it be the same cleaner each time?
Yes, ideally. We do our best to send the same team each clean - however occasionally our team will be sick or request leave. If that occurs we’ll let you know, and it’s up to you if you would like to reschedule or have a different team.
Do I have to be home when the cleaners arrive or depart?
We suggest being home for the initial clean. This allows you to become familiar with the team cleaning your home and create a personable bond. From then on you are more than welcome to not be there.
Can I leave a key?
We suggest leaving a key out for your home specialist. This allows a little bit of lee-way for our specialists to arrive at your home within the arrival window, meaning you don’t have to wait around if they are late for whatever reason.
Are your prices negotiable?
No, our competitive prices are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page.
What if my service isn't completed in time?
Another booking must be made. In most cases this would occur due to the lack of cleanliness to begin with - so please be honest with the current cleanliness level of your home! This allows us to allocate enough time to cleaning your home as desired.
Do you use toxic chemicals?
Only in some instances ‘harsh’ chemicals are required. Ie in order to clean your shower screen. Other than that, all of our products are fully biodegradable.

Window Cleaning
How do you clean our windows?
In most cases we use the good ol’ fashioned mop and squeegee technique to give your windows the ultimate shine. We utilise pure water technology when dealing with hard-to-reach windows or situations where a ladder is not safe.
Can you clean my multi-storey windows?
We certainly can! Our water fed pole utilises pure water technology - allowing us to reach-and-wash windows up to 4 storeys safely from ground level. Our team is also trained to work at heights, so using ladders to stand & work on roofs and ledges is never out of the equation (as long as it’s safe to do so).
Do you clean frames, cobwebs & screens?
Cleaning frames and removing cobwebs from surrounding areas is a standard practice of all window cleaning services. Screen cleaning is an add-on service which will be detailed within the quote.
What is high dusting?
While we’re servicing your home, we’re happy to dust any hard to reach areas. Ceiling fans, exhaust fans & above your cupboards are all often requiring a clean.
Carpet Cleaning
Do I need to be there when my technician cleans my carpet?
No, you don’t need to be present while we clean your carpets. Typically it’s best to be there for the beginning to meet and greet, but after that you are welcome to do whatever you please, knowing our technicians are great people.
Do I have to move any furniture before the technician arrives?
We are happy to move light furniture such as small couches, tables and chairs. Heavier items like beds, dressers, pianos and grandfather clocks will need to be moved prior to us arriving if you would like that piece of carpet cleaned.
How long will it take to clean my carpets?
Cleaning times can range from 1 hour to 5 hours. Cleaning times depend on the ease of set-up, stains, soil levels, furniture moving and more. We will provide you with an accurate time estimate upon evaluating your home and level of cleaning required.
Will all carpet stains come out?
We cannot guarantee that all stains and spots will be removed in the cleaning process. We utilise professional formulas, products and experience to get out what general cleaning would not. We will let you know before completing the job if there are any stains that we cannot remove for whatever reason.
Are the products and solutions used harmful to children or pets?
We have access to the latest and most effective cleaning products and solutions available and are trained to use them effectively. These products are safe for pets and children when dry, but we recommend keeping them away during the cleaning process.
How long does it take for my carpets to dry?
Drying time varies depending on the amount of cleaning needed, the humidity, carpet thickness, central heating and more. Generally speaking, carpets will be completely dry within 4-5 hours max.
How should I best maintain my carpets after professional cleaning?
Vacuuming regularly and using carpet stain spotter to get to stains early is our best recommendation to maintain lovely and lush carpets in your space. We will recommend an ideal schedule for professional carpet cleaning to ensure your carpets remain fresh all year round.
